Lost or stolen card
Tell us as soon as you can, by email at support@useavior.com or by phone at 1-855-528-4885. You can also freeze your card yourself in the app, under Cards.
Before you write
Including a few details gets you a faster answer:
- The email address or handle on your account.
- What you were doing, and what happened instead.
- For a transfer or a card payment: the date and the amount.
- Your device and app version, if the problem is in the app.
Never send your card number, your passwords, or your recovery phrase. We will never ask you for them.
