Avior Rewards Terms

Last updated: July 18, 2026

These terms govern the Avior rewards program (the “Program”), under which eligible members can earn cashback on qualifying card purchases. The Program is operated by Avior Technology, Inc. (“Avior”). It is a promotional loyalty program: rewards are not interest, not a deposit, and not an investment product.

1. Eligibility

The Program is available to Avior members with an active account and card in good standing. Your cashback rate depends on your Avior plan; current rates are shown in the Avior app and on our pricing information. We may exclude accounts that are suspended, under review, or in breach of our Terms of Service or Prohibited Activities.

2. Earning cashback

Cashback accrues on eligible card purchases. The following do not earn cashback:

  • Refunded, reversed, or disputed transactions (cashback already credited for them may be deducted).
  • Fees, fines, and adjustments of any kind.
  • Transactions that violate our Prohibited Activities or the card terms.
  • Transactions we reasonably determine were made primarily to generate rewards rather than for a genuine purchase (for example, cycling funds through payment instruments).

3. When rewards become available

Cashback is calculated on settled transactions and becomes available for use after the underlying transaction has been processed. Rewards are not available instantly at the time of purchase, and pending transactions do not earn cashback until they settle.

4. Redemption

Available rewards can be redeemed as described in the Avior app. Redemption options and values may vary and can change. Rewards have no cash value until redeemed, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not property that accrues interest.

5. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change cashback rates, eligible categories, redemption options, or these terms, and may suspend or end the Program, at any time. Where a change is material and adverse, we will give you reasonable advance notice through the app or by email. We may remove rewards earned through fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for any tax consequences of receiving or redeeming rewards. Avior does not provide tax advice; please consult your own tax adviser.

7. Role of the card issuer

The Program is offered by Avior, not by the issuer of your card. The card issuer is not the provider, sponsor, or operator of the Program and has no obligation or liability in connection with it.
